Jan Wallace

Public Relations Jan Wallace

Jan’s always been driven. Following a successful career as owner of an Indianapolis-based marketing company, Jan moved to sunny Florida with her husband Joe. In her first year in the real estate business, she sold 36 homes. Emboldened by that early success, Jan pursued additional credentials and leadership positions. This helped her identify and serve the needs of seniors, affluent sellers, and buyers, as well as other specialized markets.

While serving as caregiver to her parents, Jan developed a passion for assisting seniors and their families to navigate the complexities of financial and emotional challenges that accompany the sale of a home. That intimate experience has given her a deeper understanding and compassion for senior care needs and transition plans. The customized services Jan offers her clients includes everything from downsizing to moving, transitioning to a more supportive environment, the preparation and sale of your real estate and everything in between. Jan is also well versed in VA benefits, the referral of elder law attorneys and an array of other services she gladly customizes in order to meet the specific needs of each client.

That passion and resourcefulness was recognized in 2016 by the National Association of Realtors at its annual conference in Orlando. From a pool of dedicated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) across the country, Jan was awarded the prestigious Outstanding Service Award for her comprehensive knowledge, service, extraordinary performance, and ethical standards on behalf of senior clients.

She became a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, a mark of global market prestige. Affluent sellers and buyers trust the CLHMS designation to identify experts that possess the knowledge, experience, competence, and confidence needed to fulfill their objectives. She has served on dozens of professional boards and attained numerous advanced real estate credentials.

Jan grew up in Indiana instilling in her a lifelong appreciation for the Midwestern values of integrity, hard work and an unrelenting willingness to help others. She attended Metropolitan State College of Denver while working full time to pay her tuition. She loves her two pups Boodle and Squirt. She also enjoys boating with her husband Joe and everything that Southwest Florida has to offer.
