After receiving her Master’s degree in Business Administration in 1988 from Nova University and her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, in 1992 from the University of Maine, Beth Prather returned to her home town of Fort Myers to practice law. In 2006, Beth earned her certification as an Elder Law Attorney by the Florida Bar. She was accredited with the Veterans Administration in 2008. Her practice concentrates in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianship, and Medicaid and VA Benefits. She was named as a Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers magazine in 2008-2018 and a Top 50 Women Super Lawyer for 2018.
